These colors are based off the original Wizard of Oz and I LOVE THEM! I make these or of clay so they're VERY lightweight. The glitter is sealed in a gloss UV resin so it does NOT shed. The backs of each piece are sealed with UV resin for extra durability. The hoops are black matching stainless steel.
