I make these out of clay and they're VERY lightweight! I bling them out with glass AB rhinestones and they have stainless steel hoops/studs. The hoop flower earrings are 2 separate pieces so they DO spin! The hoops themselves are black stainless steel. I seal each piece with UV resin for extra durability🩷
